At Art Goat, we believe in connecting your creative practice with the right funding. To do this, we require an understanding of your artistic practice. We treat your data with the same respect we treat your work.
When you initialize an account, we collect basic profile information (name, location, career stage) and the descriptive texts you provide about your artistic practice, past exhibitions, and future projects.
Your data is used exclusively to operate the Alignment Engine. We analyze your profile to calculate match probabilities with our database of active grants, residencies, and commissions, and to assist in drafting tailored grant proposals on your behalf.
We utilize enterprise-grade Large Language Models (LLMs) to power our Alignment Engine and drafter. Your proprietary data, project descriptions, and artistic statements are never used to train public foundational AI models. Data sent to our AI partners is strictly used for your session and is not retained for their own machine learning purposes. You retain 100% ownership of your intellectual property.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We only share information with essential infrastructure providers (such as secure cloud hosting and database services) necessary to operate the platform securely.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your profile. However, no internet-based platform is 100% secure. We recommend using strong, unique passwords for your account.
You have complete control over your data. At any time, you may request to view, edit, or permanently delete your account and all associated data from our active servers.
