  • Who Can Apply: Graduate students committed to careers in academia, the art market, or museums; occasionally senior undergraduates. Preference for candidates with European Old Master paintings, drawings, or sculpture experience. Must have legal U.S. employment status.
  • The Focus: Apprenticeship in Old Masters art business, including provenance research, art pricing, conservation, gallery administration, and professional development.
  • Compensation: $17–22/hour, up to 25 hours/week, for a 3-month minimum commitment (2 days/week).
  • Key Requirements: Old Masters knowledge or experience, availability for at least 2 days/week (Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00) plus occasional Saturdays, and legal U.S. employment status. Formal Spring 2027 application instructions will be posted when recruitment opens in November 2026.
