Application notesSubmissions are accepted only through the city's secure online portal. The application requires a one-page letter of interest, a three-page resume, one page with contact information for three professional references, a portfolio of 20 images of past work (JPEG or PDF), and a corresponding image list. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed. The selection process has two phases: a qualification review to shortlist finalists, and a proposal phase where finalists develop a concept and are interviewed.
