- Who Can Apply: Open to any artist aged 18 or over from anywhere in the world.
- The Focus: Art inspired by the sea and marine environment; subject matter must be essentially marine in nature, relating to tidal waters.
- The Funding: Prizes and awards worth over £5,000; entry fee £22 per work (£14.50 for artists 35 or under).
- Key Requirements: Maximum 6 works per artist; works no larger than 2.4m along longest dimension; original creation; new work strongly urged; all work must be for sale.

Application notesWorks must be delivered unwrapped on Receiving Day (5 September 2026, 10am–5pm) and collected on Collection Day (1 October 2026, 10am–5pm). Artists responsible for delivery/collection costs. Art couriers listed for various UK regions and international artists. Non-UK residents must register for UK VAT number if selected. Works not collected within 12 months may be destroyed or sold without consent.
