Application notesArtists are responsible for all shipping costs. To avoid customs issues, works should be declared as a "Gift" with a modest production value (max $100 USD). Local printing and framing in Mexico City can be coordinated through the organizer at the artist's expense, with digital files due July 10, 2026. A return shipping label must be included with the artwork.
