Stitch and Resist — Open Call for Artists
Collectives eligible
- Who Can Apply: Fiber artists at all career stages residing in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and Illinois.
- The Focus: This exhibition seeks fiber and textile work that makes a statement, bears witness, or asks a question. The show will be on view in Bayfield, Wisconsin, as part of Bayfield Art Escape.
- The Funding: Two awards of $50 each will be given, and there is no application fee.
- Key Requirements: Submit up to two 2D, wall-ready works (max 36" x 36"), with an artist statement for each.

Application notesArtists may submit up to two works, though only one will be selected per artist. Submissions require an image (JPEG/PNG, min 1500px), title, specific medium, dimensions (max 36x36 inches), and a 150-word artist statement for each piece. A brief bio is also required. All work must be 2D and wall-ready.
