Application notesApplicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating a socially engaged art practice and the ability to work with communities. Experience managing a budget of at least $50,000 is required. Applications are submitted via Submittable. This is an RFQ funded by the HUD Choice Neighborhoods Initiative. Requires a 12-month commitment starting September 2026, including local community immersion, proposal drafting, and execution of at least one permanent physical installation on city land. Applicants must upload a CV proving past management of a $50k+ budget.
