City of Rancho Cucamonga Mini Mural Project 2026-2027
- Who Can Apply: Open to professional artists and artist teams 18 years or older; preference for artists who work, reside, or attend school in Rancho Cucamonga or the surrounding Inland Empire area.
- The Focus: Design and paint mini murals on cement directional markers along the Pacific Electric Trail in Rancho Cucamonga, CA for the City's 50th Anniversary.
- Compensation: $1,500 stipend per directional marker, inclusive of design fees, supplies, fabrication, and time spent.
- Key Requirements: Online application via CaFÉ with an artist statement of interest (750 words max), a resume with three professional references (1,500 words max), and 5–10 digital images of recent work (past 10 years) with descriptions.

Application notesAll dates are subject to change at the City of Rancho Cucamonga's discretion. The call closes October 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT or once 100 applications have been received, whichever comes first. Apply online via CaFÉ (search "City of Rancho Cucamonga 2026 Mini Mural Project"); incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Up to three artists will be recommended for the design phase. Artists cannot begin mural installation until the design is approved and all required liability and contract forms are completed and submitted.
