Two Zoom info sessions for prospective proposers: Thursday, October 22 at 2:00 PM and Saturday, November 14 at 2:00 PM (registration required). Selected proposers must be available for bi-weekly meetings beginning 6 months before project completion (Summer 2027) and provide plans per the project development schedule. Beam Center asks proposers to use AI sparingly. Note: the page's intro says projects will be realized 'in July 2026', which appears to be a typo; the project site section states completion Summer 2027.
