Rauschenberg Medical Emergency Grants
- Who Can Apply: US residents ages 21+, with average adjusted gross income of $80,000 or less ($160,000 for joint filers), creating original work in choreography, digital/electronic arts, video/film, or visual arts, with sustained public-facing artistic activity over the past five years
- The Focus: Emergency financial assistance for medical, dental, or mental health emergencies
- The Funding: Up to $5,000 per grant
- Key Requirements: Documentation of emergency condition and out-of-pocket expenses; demonstrated recent and sustained artistic activity (at least one public opportunity annually for past five years); emergency must have occurred within approximately the last six months and treatment must occur in the U.S. within two weeks of incident
