The Funding: Up to $5,000 per grant
Key Requirements: Documentation of emergency condition and out-of-pocket expenses; demonstrated recent and sustained artistic activity (at least one public opportunity annually for past five years); emergency must have occurred within approximately the last six months and treatment must occur in the U.S. within two weeks of incident
