- Who Can Apply: This opportunity is for self-directed individual artists and artistic teams excited to create weird, independent, and spooky work.
- The Focus: This call seeks proposals for an annual Halloween event, prioritizing interactive and immersive site-specific installations, outdoor works, and performances. Artists have creative control to produce PG-13 haunted games, creepy experiences, and other spooky installations in a historic barn setting.
- The Funding: A modest honorarium is provided to all participants, with installation artists also receiving housing and studio space for 1-4 weeks.

Application notesApplications are accepted via SlideRoom for site-specific installations, outdoor installations, and performances. All applications require contact info, a proposal, a CV (2 pages max), and 1-10 work samples. Work samples should include 5+ images of completed works and 1-5 sketches or mock-ups of the proposed installation. Performance artists should explain how the piece will function and may link to video documentation. A fee waiver is available for those with financial hardship.
