Application notesWorks must remain outdoors for two months and must not cause nuisance to nearby residents (e.g., noise, smoke or lasers). Entries are judged on quality, interpretation of the briefing, visitor experience and the relation of the work to the artist statement. Multiple submissions are allowed; give each completed template PDF a different name.
