- Who Can Apply: Professional visual artists, artist collectives and visual-arts Master’s graduates whose diploma is less than three years old, based in Occitanie, France. There is no age limit; students, student associations and artisans are excluded.
- The Focus: Production of one or more new contemporary artworks or a limited-edition artist’s book, from first works to established practice. Monographs, exhibition catalogues and catalogues raisonnés are ineligible.
- The Funding: Up to €8,000 for materials, production services, assistants and transport, paid 70% upfront and the balance on completion. Research and your own pay are excluded; workspace rent is capped at 20% of the project budget.
- Key Requirements: Apply through Mes Aides en Ligne before starting: project summary and illustrated description, budget, bank details and any VAT certificate. Add an artist dossier, CV and category-specific proof of address (under 6 months old), SIRENE registration, recent Master’s diploma or collective statutes and registration.

Professional artists: address evidence under 6 months old, SIRENE notice with Occitanie registered office and APE/NAF 9003A, 9003B or 74.20Z, artist dossier and CV. Recent graduates: valid ID, address evidence under 6 months old, artist dossier, CV and visual-arts Master’s diploma under 3 years old. Collectives: dated, signed statutes, official registration publication or prefecture receipt, and presentation of members with CVs, artistic approaches and images. Recipients can reapply three years after the award year; unsuccessful applicants must skip the following year.
