- Who Can Apply: Visual artists with 1–4 years of professional practice who are embedded in the professional visual arts scene in the Netherlands and/or the Caribbean part of the Kingdom; not enrolled in full-time art education; total taxable income up to €55,000.
- The Focus: Developing your art practice — new work, research, experimentation, materials/equipment, commissions, or presenting work in exhibitions and events at home or abroad.
- The Funding: €24,900 grant for 12 months.
- Key Requirements: Online application including a diploma (if applicable), explanation of work and cultural entrepreneurship (max 3 pages), CV (max 3 pages), plan (max 3 pages), copy of income tax return, visual documentation (max 20 pages), documentation list (max 2 pages), and if applicable proof of registration in the population register and bank details.
