- Who Can Apply: Individual artists and small unincorporated artist collectives, age 18+, who have lived continuously in NC Region 12 (Anson, Montgomery, Moore, Richmond, Stanly, Union Counties) for at least one year; U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien; not enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or associate degree program.
- The Focus: Professional and artistic development projects: completing or presenting new work, career promotion, training, travel, services, and supplies for emerging or established artists.
- The Funding: $500–$3,000 grant per recipient; up to 50% may be used for the artist's own fee/labor.
- Key Requirements: Fillable PDF application; narrative (1,000-word limit); project budget; artistic resume (4-page limit); optional artist statement (1-page limit) and up to 2 letters of recommendation; genre-specific digital work samples from the past three years plus inventory list, emailed to chris@mooreart.org.

Grant workshops: virtual via Zoom August 25, 2026 at 5:30 PM, and Moore County in-person workshop September 15, 2026 at 5:30 PM at Arts Council Galleries at Campbell House.
