Travel coveredHousing: Three weeks of housing in the Kaaren and Charles Hale Apartment for Artists in Residence at AAN's Visual Arts Center on Amelia Drive.
- Who Can Apply: Open to emerging and established artists 18 or older working in any medium
- The Focus: A month-long funded residency engaging with Nantucket's environment, climate, and natural world
- The Funding: $3,000 artist stipend plus $500 travel expenses; housing, private studio, and exhibition included
- Key Requirements: Email a PDF application with personal information, a 150–200 word artist biography, a 300–500 word artist statement, 8–12 work samples, a CV, a 500–750 word residency proposal, a 200–400 word community engagement concept, a 150–300 word exhibition overview, a 100–200 word youth or school engagement response, a 100–200 word collaboration with local environmental organizations response, and any additional information to lizb@nantucketarts.org
