Application notesApply through this round's SmartyGrants form. Supply applicant/auspice, ABN and bank details; previous grant history (50 words if applicable); project title (10 words); pitch (40); dates, venue address and tentative venue confirmation; priority and participation data. Creative-excellence and impact responses: 20–200 words each; audience engagement: 30; inaccessible-venue alternative: 200 if applicable. Attach applicant CV (four pages maximum) and key-artist bios (two pages each), DOC/PDF or direct links. Work samples: up to three URLs, five images and five minutes of audio/video total; alternatively up to five files, 5MB each (MP4/QuickTime/Windows Media video; MP3/Windows Media audio; JPEG/PowerPoint/PDF images; DOC/PDF documents). Include collaborator fees, partner letters, timeline, feasibility evidence and cultural permissions where applicable; support notes: 50 words. Evaluation: 50–100 words; funder acknowledgement: 30–100. Submit a balanced GST-exclusive budget, co-contribution and evidence for all funded costs; quotes over $500 must be no older than six months; budget notes: 100 words. Supply auspice agreement/incorporation documents if applicable, insurance evidence or commitment, and guardian consent/co-signature for age 17. Complete statistics/certification and Review & Submit.
