- The Funding: No monetary award; selected artists gain public exposure in a high-traffic downtown location
- Key Requirements: Original work only (no AI-generated art); hang-ready with D rings; max 76"H × 60"W, min 20"H × 24"W, max 30 lbs; artists must drop off work and provide insurance
