  • Key Requirements: Submit original artwork as JPG or PNG digital file (800x800 to 2000x2000 pixels, under 10 MB); complete entry form with artist information; pay entry fee via PayPal after moderation approval

Application notesNo profanity or political artwork. Original works only; works from workshops/classes under teacher direction are eligible. For works based on reference photographs, artist must have taken the photos or obtained written permission from photographer. By entering, artist grants UPWARD gallery worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use entry on websites and in promotional ads. Winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd place) in each media and age category (18-21 and 22+) receive interviews, certificates, publication, and social media promotion. All entrants receive digital certificates. Entry fees are non-refundable.
