City of Mechelen Art and Culture Project Grant (Subsidie kunst- en cultuurprojecten)
- Who Can Apply: Individual artists, creative collectives and non-profit associations connected with Mechelen (studio, residence, association address or previous projects); applicants must be of legal age and hold their own bank account.
- The Focus: Art and culture projects in Mechelen that strengthen, renew or enrich the local cultural scene.
- The Funding: Subsidy between €500 and €3,000; requested amount must be less than total project costs and at least 20% other funding is required.
- Key Requirements: Completed online application form, project budget and letters of intent.

Application notesApply via the online form; the jury only assesses complete, correctly filled applications. If a correction is required, it must be returned within two days after the submission deadline. Decisions follow within five weeks after the deadline. After the project, submit an evaluation and financial report within two months of completion. Free pre-application advice is available through RADAR.
