Application notesConsult a Sponsorship and Grants Officer, then submit through https://perth.smartygrants.com.au/LAG2627. Provide ABN/contact details; financial-viability evidence; insurance now or at agreement; project title (15 words), description (350), dates/location, audience (100), attendance/pricing and experience (250). Answer four assessment sections on visitation, inclusion, sustainability and economic impact (350 words each). Supply a GST-exclusive income/expense budget (upload maximum 5 MB or complete tables), funding contingency (200 words), and additional-funding explanation if applicable (200). Agents require written authorisation; trusts are asked for a trust deed. Complete grant-benefit declarations and applicant certification. Optional extra information: 300 words; up to 10 supporting files, suggested maximum 5 MB each. Obtain public-land booking/activity approvals before applying. Apply eight weeks before the event and deliver the public outcome before 30 June 2027.
