- Who Can Apply: Individual artists, artist teams, or artist-run collectives age 21+ who reside in King County, Washington and work in a strong visual-arts context.
- The Focus: Project-based grants to create and publicly present visionary new visual-arts work.
- The Funding: $5,000 or $10,000 project grants (one $10,000 and ten $5,000 awards in 2026).
- Key Requirements: Discipline statement (300 chars), biography (800 chars), project overview with title/dates/budget/summary (300 chars), project narrative (2,100 chars or 2-minute video), visual support materials (choose 2 of 3: up to 8 images, 1 website URL, or 1 video up to 5 minutes), and media descriptions.

Office Hours (20-minute Zoom sessions with the Grants Manager) Oct 5, 7 and 13, 11 a.m.–4 p.m.; written pre-panel feedback if materials are emailed to jade@nwfilmforum.org before Oct 10 (FAQ/guidelines text) or Oct 13 (timeline). Complete the project budget template, save as PDF and upload. One application per artist or collective per cycle. Teams/collectives name a lead organizer who has completed at least one arts project with the group, and may list up to six collaborators. Funded-project completion date is stated inconsistently (Dec 31, 2026 on guidelines; Dec 31, 2027 on Submittable). Recipients notified December 2026.
