Culture Moves Europe – Call for Individual Mobility 2026-2027

- Who Can Apply: Artists and cultural professionals aged 18+ at any career stage, legally resident in a Creative Europe country or eligible territory, individually or in groups of up to five. Previous 2025–2026/2026–2027 mobility grantees and repeat applicants within this call are excluded.
- The Focus: Collaborate with a partner in another Creative Europe country for 7–60 days individually or 7–21 days as a group. The project must pursue at least two objectives: learn, create, explore or connect; degree projects are ineligible.
- The Funding: €85 per project day plus €400 travel allowance below 5,000 km or €800 from 5,000 km. Eligible green, overseas, family and visa top-ups and accessibility support are available; 75% of core support is paid first, with the balance and top-ups after the report is approved.
- Key Requirements: Register as an individual in Goethe’s GAP portal and apply in English. Upload five PDFs: valid ID, residence proof, 1–2-page English CV, portfolio with English descriptions and signed, dated English partner invitation; groups need ID, residence proof and CV for each member and one shared portfolio.
