Application notesApply online through UrbanArt Commission's Submittable form "Dave Wells Community Center" (form 369635; the button on the web page links to a different call, so use this form). Submit: (1) the completed application form; (2) a typed letter explaining your interest in the project and your general approach/concept to its design and production (do not submit design proposals at this stage); (3) up to 20 images of past work, each with title, date, medium, budget and project partners, if any; (4) a resume or CV of no more than 2 pages; (5) a list of three professional references with current phone and email. One submission per artist; teams may apply. UAC staff will review applications and portfolios by appointment until 1 week before the call closes. Finalists are notified Friday, Nov 6th, 2026; the three finalists each prepare a schematic design or mockup and present it to the selection committee (RFP deadline Wednesday, Dec 2nd, 2026) for a $500 honorarium.
