East Lothian Visual Artists and Craft Makers Awards (VACMA)
- Who Can Apply: Practising visual artists and craft makers living or maintaining a studio in East Lothian (part-time students may apply; full-time students are not eligible)
- The Focus: Fixed bursaries to support creative and professional development — mentoring, skills development, research, sustainable materials, equipment, residencies and new work
- The Funding: Choose £500 or £1,000 for creative development, with separate Personal Access Costs available for disability or caring needs; matching funding is not required.
- Key Requirements: Email the local application form, artist CV, 6 recent work examples and Equalities Monitoring Form to artsservice@eastlothian.gov.uk. Add host confirmation for an exhibition or residency; projects must start at least 8 weeks after the deadline.

State project dates, bursary level, total cost, other income, and recent/pending Creative Scotland funding. Include host confirmation for a residency or exhibition, relevant part-time study evidence, and any Personal Access Costs breakdown. No detailed budget or matching funds are required; activities must start at least 8 weeks after the deadline.
