The Funding: Free to submit; no guaranteed payment. If selected, consignment, commission, pricing, reserve, and payment terms are agreed individually, and payment occurs only after a successful sale
Key Requirements: Updated portfolio (PDF or link), artist statement or collection description (max. 500 words), artist/consignor biography, technical details and suggested price if applicable, high-resolution images, and full contact information

Application notesSubmission of materials does not guarantee inclusion in ASTA House auctions or projects. All proposals will be evaluated based on curatorial and strategic criteria. ASTA House will contact selected applicants for further review and development. If selected, specific agreements regarding consignment, pricing, and sales conditions will be established. Selected artists and consignors may be invited to participate in editorial initiatives, exhibitions, or positioning strategies. By applying, participants authorize the use of images for internal evaluation purposes.
