Application notesApply free in Portuguese through Mapa da Cultura at least 30 days before the event. Register with ID Cultura, publish the applicant profile, complete the application/work plan, attach documents and send the registration. Required: ID (RG, CNH or passport); CV and dated proof of at least one year of audiovisual activity; signed event invitation/admission on organizer letterhead naming the applicant, purpose, dates and places, with Portuguese translation identifying the translator (name and ID/CPF; sworn translation not required); Brazilian address proof or Annex VIII declaration, subject to permitted exemptions; Annex II racial self-declaration or Annex III disability declaration and medical report when claiming reserved support. The edital contains inconsistent six-month wording for address documents, so the declaration is an expressly permitted alternative. The portal returned 403 and annex downloads were unreadable.
