Application notesSubmit via SmartSimple under Open Opportunities; every team member needs an individual profile by the deadline. Profile supplies artist statement, biography, CV/résumé and social media. Collectives: separate CV per member (PDF, recommended two pages), practice statement (300 words), biography per member (300). Letter-of-interest responses: project interest (500 words), relevant experience (300), local connection if applicable (300), concept-development approach (300). Upload up to 10 samples, each with title, date, medium, dimensions, location, client, budget and description. Audio/video total maximum 10 minutes; every file under 2 GB; images JPEG/PNG, not PDF. Links must be public/direct and require no account; no file-sharing links. Optional Access Support requests must arrive at least 10 business days before the deadline.
