Five Wings Arts Council Emergency Relief Program for Artists (MN)
- Who Can Apply: Artists and creatives age 18+ whose primary residence is in Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd, or Wadena County or the Leech Lake Tribal community and who are facing an eligible housing, healthcare, legal, property loss, income/employment, or transportation emergency.
- The Focus: Emergency relief for artists/creatives facing urgent housing, healthcare, legal, property loss, income/food benefit, or transportation crises.
- The Funding: One-time $500 emergency award, randomly selected monthly.
- Key Requirements: Brief online application selecting the emergency type, artist background summary (2-3 paragraphs) and/or résumé, and one to two recent work samples or links.

Application notesProof of emergency is not required; applicants select the type of emergency. Applicants may not receive more than one Emergency Relief Award from Five Wings Arts Council and may not receive Emergency Relief Funding from more than one Regional Arts Council in Minnesota. Awards are distributed by check within about one month of selection.
