- Who Can Apply: Open to individuals and organisations from any sector; the proposed initiative must have a Nordic anchoring and be built on cross-border collaboration, with arts and/or culture as a central element.
- The Focus: Exploratory, collaborative initiatives that test and develop ambitious ideas and open new perspectives in a Nordic context.
- The Funding: Up to 50,000 DKK (up to 75,000 DKK with additional special access/logistics funding); no co-funding required.
- Key Requirements: Online application form only (no attachments — no CVs, project descriptions or letters of support); a budget of expected expenditures and details of confirmed collaborators and any anticipated partners.

Application notesSubmit electronically via the Nordic Culture Fund's application portal (mypage.nordiskkulturfond.org). No attachments are accepted (no CVs, project descriptions or letters of support). Applications may be in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish or English. Multiple applications for different initiatives are allowed. Decisions within five weeks of the deadline; activities may only begin after the decision and must be completed and reported within one year of the stated start date. ENTER does not support initiatives whose primary purpose is education or study visits, participation in conferences/festivals/events, tours or travelling exhibitions, productions or publications, organisational running costs, or construction/equipment purchases.
