  • Cost: Booth fees $380–$825 depending on size/location; includes electricity and wifi.
  • Key Requirements: Complete application form, pay $25 non-refundable application fee, pay booth fee within 48 hours of acceptance, agree to terms of service and community guidelines.

Application notesApplications run on a rolling basis from June 8 to September 8, 2026. Acceptance notification within 30 days of applying. Booth assignments subject to change. No-show booths reassigned at organizer's discretion. Packaged food vendors must submit Food Safety Certification or Cottage Food Operations documentation after acceptance; permit fees invoiced separately. Photography consent required — Fellowship of Craft may share exhibitor photos on website/social media and employ event photographers. Cancellation policy: 30+ days before event = full refund minus application fee and processing fees (3.3% + $0.30); cancellations within 30 days = no refund. Event proceeds regardless of weather. Exhibitors must comply with Alameda County Fire & Safety regulations and all applicable laws/permits.
