Flanders Arts Grant: Proven Talent (Beurs bewezen talent)
- Who Can Apply: Individual professional artists actively involved in the arts in Flanders.
- The Focus: Grant supporting exceptional artistic efforts or personal initiative, aimed at artists with proven talent.
- The Funding: A fixed €12,000 a year for one, two or three years (up to €36,000), paid in full to the artist once the decision is signed.
- Key Requirements: Apply through KIOSK with the required work plan (werkplan) by May 15, 2027, for grants starting between September 1 and December 31, 2027. One grant application per artist per calendar year; arts workers such as curators cannot apply, and study alone is not funded.
