- Key Requirements: Unexpired ID and proof of residency; evidence of engaged artistic practice (resume, CV, online presence, work samples); information about the professional development opportunity (conference website, workshop description and course outline, impact statement); and associated travel costs (hotel booking confirmation, estimated mileage, airplane booking confirmation).

Application notesThis is a reimbursement grant. After the activity, grantees must complete an online claim request and submit all required receipts within 45 days of event completion or by June 30, 2027, whichever is first. Grantees must submit the Final Report by the deadline in the award packet. Funds may not be used for expenses outside the grant period, expenses covered by other sources, travel outside the U.S., Canada, or Mexico, or registration fees for Nevada Arts Council sponsored events.
