Application notesApply online; the form link is published when the round opens (16 November 2026) and only information in the form is assessed. One application per funding round. Small, Emerging and Legacy Grants are assessed in two tiers: by 15 December 2026 you answer a short set of questions about the project idea; shortlisted applicants are notified after the 15 January 2027 decision date and invited to a final submission scored on artistic quality and track record, outcomes, delivery plan, public engagement and accessibility, partnerships, budget and value for money, evaluation and legacy, and priority communities. Community Grants (up to £700) are single-stage. Published example first-stage questions for Small, Emerging and Legacy Grants: what the project is; why you are best placed to deliver it; whether you live or work in Haringey (if not, your connection to Haringey); why the project is important now; how it responds to the programme themes; how it connects to Haringey's communities, places or stories; who will take part and how you will reach them, including priority groups; where and when it will take place (venue address and postcode); anything else. The funder says final questions may differ. The application must respond to at least three programme priorities and at least one theme, and the budget must show fees by days or hours and rate (at least London Living Wage), contingency of at least 5% for Community Grants or 10% for other grants, and any match funding (10% for Emerging; 20% with at least 10% cash for Legacy). Small, Emerging and Legacy projects must be delivered between May 2027 and the end of March 2028. Alternatives: a video submission of up to 6 minutes emailed to opportunities@haringeycollective.com, or paper and large-print forms requested at least two weeks before the deadline. Required on offer, not at application: two professional references, UK bank account in the applicant's name, public liability insurance, constitution (organisations), safeguarding and DBS documentation where relevant, evidence of partnerships and match funding, and a food hygiene certificate if catering. A budget template, guidelines and example questions are at https://www.haringeycollective.com/grants/grant-resources.
