Application notesApply through the online RFQ Submission Form (Jotform) by November 15, 2026; one form covers all three sites. Required: name, email, phone, address, and an uploaded artist resume; you must also answer whether you are the child of Holocaust survivors. The form also asks for: work samples uploaded in the order to be viewed, with files labelled file number, last name, title (no number of samples is specified); a numbered image list giving title, date of creation, dimensions, materials, location and commissioning agency (optionally the criteria or goals of each project); optional bio; optional artist statement of one page maximum; any available video files; optional website; and an optional note on which theme or site you prefer to design for. This stage is a pre-qualification review by a small panel of art experts; no design proposal is requested at this stage. Artists who want to submit animation or video instead of image samples should complete the form without work samples and image list and contact Ann Wykell. Questions: Ann Wykell, ann@jfedsrq.org. Site briefs: (1) Resistance, a moderate-size sculpture or relief panel(s) for a wide, paved, shaded plaza; (2) Resilience of Survivors, a free-standing frontal sculpture tall enough to be seen across the pond, in a landscaped space about 18' wide by 8' deep (a seven-branch menorah may be used; do not use the six-pointed star); (3) Multi-Generations of Survivors, a free-standing frontal photo-based piece in a 7' deep bump-out up to 26' wide, with photos supplied by staff and digitally transferred to a permanent, non-fading material. Upload limits set on the form itself (not stated in the RFQ text): each uploaded file is capped at about 10.6 MB; accepted types include PDF, DOC/DOCX, JPG/JPEG, PNG and GIF, and the video field also takes MP4, MOV and MKV.
