Application notesSubmit signed project-grant form, project description, cost/financing plan and confirmed location/dates to internationale.kulturkontakte@muenchen.de or by post. The generic form itself requests a legally binding signature and postal submission to Kulturreferat, Abteilung 5/Zuschuss, Burgstraße 4, 80331 München; clarify email acceptance if needed. Individual first-time applicants attach ID/passport copy. Complete applicant/contact/bank details, requested sum, funding area and project period. The description must cover title, goals, content, phases, participants, own contributions, dates, locations, audience, publicity and status of other funding. Include detailed honorarium/personnel calculations and signed declarations. Above €5,000, include requested/awarded co-financing proof and confirmations of at least three participants and two cooperation partners.
