Kunstpunt Groningen Tschumipaviljoen Open Call (Open Call Tschumipaviljoen)
- Who Can Apply: Open to professional artists active in the city/province of Groningen or with a demonstrable relation to it; experience in public-space commissions is not required.
- The Focus: Create a temporary, site-specific artwork for the Tschumipaviljoen at the Hereplein in Groningen, responding to current social themes as part of the Hellend Vlak project.
- Compensation: Execution budget of €17,000 incl. honorarium; up to 3 shortlisted artists each receive €1,500 excl. VAT for a sketch design.
- Key Requirements: Email a one-page A4 motivation letter (NL or EN), a CV covering 2022–2026, and a link to your website/social media — preferably combined in one PDF — with reference 'Open Call Hellend Vlak 2027'.

Combine, preferably in one PDF: a one-page A4 motivation letter (NL or EN), a CV covering 2022–2026, and a link to your website and/or social media. You may submit an existing concept only if it has not previously been realized. The artist is responsible for installing and removing the work; painting the glass or attaching parts to the exterior is not allowed.
