  • Who Can Apply: Individuals who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents, preferably residing in Singapore and active in the local arts scene (priority to self-employed arts practitioners); also arts organisations registered in Singapore.
  • The Focus: Market and audience development: market research, branding and publicity, audience/sponsor collateral, international touring, participation in international festivals, trade fairs and biennales, and international visit programmes.
  • The Funding: Up to 70% of a realistic budget for individuals (up to 100% of airfare and freight for travel projects), capped at S$70,000 per financial year and 3 travel-related grants per year.
  • Key Requirements: Online application via the OurSG Grants Portal with proposal template, budget template, CVs of key parties, working samples, and a letter of invite for international activities; SEPs submit proof of self-employed status.

Application notesApply via the OurSG Grants Portal by 23:59 SGT on the closing date; late or incomplete applications are not accepted. Required: proposal template, budget template, CVs of key parties, working samples, and a letter of invite (for international activities). Self-employed applicants must also submit IRAS Notice of Assessment, CPF contribution history and a self-declaration. Competitions and conferences should apply under the Capability Development Grant instead. Grants of S$10,000 and above require an ISCA-certified Statement of Accounts.
