The form asks for a CV/resume; a project description of up to 1,000 words (which CCP fellowship(s) you are applying for, your research questions and goals, the role of CCP collections, and the project's contribution); a list of the CCP collections central to the project, with accession numbers and/or AG identifiers and box numbers; and a statement of up to 500 words on the amount requested, how the funds will be used (e.g. travel, lodging, reproduction fees) and how long you need at CCP. Applicants are notified in early March.

You will be asked whether you need a visa; CCP provides financial support for visas for visiting researchers. Deadline: January 19, 2027, 11:59pm MST (Arizona).
