Lithuanian Council for Culture Mobility Grants (Mobilumo stipendijos)
- Who Can Apply: Individual cultural and artistic creators aged 18 or over, of any citizenship, whose work concerns Lithuanian culture, art and their dissemination. Activities forming part of a higher-education curriculum are excluded.
- The Focus: One residency, internship, competition, symposium, conference or similar activity outside Lithuania, starting March–June 2027, to develop professional skills, knowledge and networks.
- The Funding: Up to €4,000, paid in one instalment for one activity abroad. The same expenses cannot receive Lithuanian state or municipal funding; higher-education study costs are excluded.
- Key Requirements: Apply in Lithuanian through LKT IS 2.0 with a creative CV showing results and dissemination, an invitation or participation confirmation with the start date, and a doctoral study plan if applicable. Translate foreign-language attachments into Lithuanian and remove personal identifiers.
