Application notesApply through Mijn Fonds; allow at least 3 months before the funded start. Complete the form summary (150 words / 1,200 characters). Upload PDFs: institution information (5 pages); project plan (5); audience/presentation plan (3); CV (3); signed institution consent or invitation; work/entrepreneurship statement (3); EUR budget excluding VAT and funding plan; combined quotes for costs above €1,000, or crucial items if all costs are lower. Supply visual documentation of the last 4 years (20 pages, normally one image/page; multiple views allowed on at most 5 pages), audio/video if relevant (15 minutes total), and document list (2 pages); total media limit 500 MB, no hyperlinks. Optional publication justification: webpage allows 5 pages, sample form allows 3; confirm the live limit. Conditional: non-Dutch population-register proof less than 1 year old, new/changed bank proof, sole-trader KvK extract less than 3 months old.
