Residencies are not shorter than two months; artists must arrive on first day and stay through end. Spouses/partners may only accompany if individually accepted. Children cannot be accommodated. Projects must take place in Fes; overnight travel outside Fes not supported. Nawat Fes staff cannot arrange projects before artist arrival; artists expected to have high independence and flexibility. Filming in public places requires permit (not assisted by program). Dance and film projects not accepted. Applications are not currently open. The organization says the next form will go live in December 2026 and the deadline will be in January 2027.
