Application notesApply through GrantsNT; first-time applicants create an account/profile, and ABN holders use an organisation profile. Submit personnel confirmations, artistic CVs/work examples, support letters, the category-specific Excel budget with quotes or cost breakdowns for grant-funded expenses over AUD 1,000, and a project/marketing plan. Requests over AUD 15,000 need a risk assessment/mitigation strategy and an ABN or an auspicing body’s endorsement before closing. Artistic material may include CVs/biographies (maximum 2 pages per key person), up to 3 video/audio recordings (maximum 10 minutes), up to 3 published/unpublished samples, one prior-work report (maximum 4 pages), up to 3 reviews/marketing examples, and up to 10 images (maximum 10 MB each). Up to 3 signed activity-specific support letters are allowed. Show permissions/cultural authority, pay rates and all income/in-kind contributions. Use compatible uploaded files or accessible links, not Dropbox/Google Drive links. Round 2 activities start March 1, 2027 or later; the case study is due 3 months after completion.
