  • The Focus: Contemporary blacksmithing and iron-based art exploring materiality, experimental approaches, and strong artistic concepts in sculpture, objects, and wearables
  • The Funding: No monetary award; free participation; artist covers shipping to Tallinn; IronNotes covers return shipping
  • Key Requirements: One artwork per applicant created in 2024 or later; max 50 kg, max packed size 1100×700×600 mm; PDF application (max 5 MB) with photos, title, materials, dimensions, concept (max 500 characters), and artist bio (max 500 characters); artwork must be available for full exhibition period (23 October 2026–December 2027)

Include photos, artwork title, type, year, materials, technique (optional), dimensions, short concept (max 500 characters), artist bio (max 500 characters), artist name, and country of origin/residence. Applicants notified of selection by 21 September 2026. Artworks arrive 23 October 2026; exhibition opens 6 November 2026; Iron Notes Symposium 5–7 November 2026.
