  • The Focus: Municipal funding for cultural projects that benefit the Rio do Sul community, across 10 areas including Visual Arts, Design and Fashion (exhibitions, circulation of existing work, creation of new work, publications).
  • The Funding: The artist receives project funding: in Visual Arts, Design and Fashion, two awards of R$20,000 and one of R$15,000; New Talents offers one R$10,000 award. Free to apply; projects must be completed within 180 days of payment.
  • Key Requirements: Apply free online at editais.fundacaocultural.art.br/pnp26 by 11:00 on 3 November 2026 with ID, signed general declaration (Annex 6), PDF portfolio/CV, the work plan (Annex 3) and the area-specific documents (for visual arts: visual record of existing work, or the creative process and materials for new work).

Total call budget over R$575,000 for 27 projects.

Application notesRead the edital and download the annexes from the official portal (smcriodosul.com.br/pnp26), then submit through the online form at editais.fundacaocultural.art.br/pnp26/; physical or mailed projects are not accepted, and the form cannot be saved as a draft, so prepare texts in advance. Each applicant may submit several projects but only one can be funded. An automatic email with a project ID confirms receipt; if it does not arrive within 24 hours, write to fmic@fundacaocultural.art.br.
