PayCommission: £18,000 total artist-facing budget, inclusive of VAT. All-inclusive: must cover artist/creative fees, engagement and co-creation activity, design development, materials and fabrication, specialist or subcontractor costs, travel and expenses, installation, documentation and handover information, and project contingency. No separate design or shortlist fee is listed; if further proposal development is requested at selection, its scope and any fee will be confirmed in advance.

Applicants can request reasonable adjustments to the application format or process; access costs for the appointed artist can be requested in addition to the commission budget.
