- Who Can Apply: Artist living in The Hague (and registered in Stroom's artist database with an updated profile); curators, mediators, critics, publicists and other contemporary-art professionals submit a CV. Current students, academy-based work, and educational courses/workshops are excluded.
- The Focus: Financial support for research projects and artist-in-residencies that strengthen an individual practice or the Hague art climate, with a clear artistic-content component and research question.
- The Funding: Maximum contribution of €5,000 per application (80% advance, 20% after final accountability); per calendar year a maximum of €20,000 per applicant/ host organization.
- Key Requirements: Apply through Stroom's portal with applicant and participant details, basic plan information, a short summary (max 80 words) and full plan (max 2,500 words), financial overview on Stroom's model budget, documentation of 10-20 images with a documentation list (max 30 words per image), optional video (max 9 minutes), and consent to the scheme conditions.
