Kunstraad Groningen Projectenregeling (Project Grant)

- Who Can Apply: Professional artists or professional organisations; applicants not based in the municipality or province of Groningen must partner with at least one local partner (signed letter of intent). Amateurs are excluded.
- The Focus: One-off, publicly accessible professional art projects in any discipline, taking place in the municipality and/or province of Groningen, with artistic quality central and clear value for Groningen residents.
- The Funding: Up to 1/3 of actual necessary project costs, maximum €20,000 per applicant per year; annual budget €350,000.
- Key Requirements: Project plan including marketing/publicity plan; budget and funding plan; CVs of key collaborators; application in Dutch, submitted at least 13 weeks before the activity starts; fair-pay budget; entrance fee charged unless not possible.
