Regional Arts NSW Quick Response Grants (Regional Arts Fund) — Regional Arts NSW
  • Who Can Apply: Individuals over 18, non-profit Australian incorporated organisations and local government organisations with an active ABN whose registered location is in regional or remote NSW (MM2–MM7); under-18s and unincorporated groups need an auspice.
  • The Focus: Short-notice, time-sensitive professional development, skills development and small projects for artists and arts workers in regional and remote NSW.
  • The Funding: Up to $3,000 for individuals or $5,000 for organisations; no minimum amount.
  • Key Requirements: SmartyGrants application with a budget (templates provided); activity must start 2–12 weeks after the round closes and finish within 12 months; contact RANSW before applying.

Application notesApply through the Regional Program Administrator in your state (Regional Arts NSW for NSW applicants) via SmartyGrants; each monthly round has its own form (October 2026: NSWQRG2610). Contact RANSW at funding@regionalartsnsw.com.au or 02 9270 2500 before applying. Activities must begin within 2–12 weeks of the round closing date and be completed within 12 months; outcomes are notified within 5 business days of the close. Projects involving children require a WWC check and $121 Child Wise accreditation; vulnerable persons require an AFP Check ($42 per person), both claimable in the budget. Alternative format submissions are available for accessibility requirements.
