- Who Can Apply: Emerging professional visual artists who graduated from Beaux-Arts Nantes Saint-Nazaire and have not had a solo exhibition in a contemporary art institution may apply. Solo shows in artist-run, association or independent spaces do not exclude applicants.
- The Focus: A six-week research and creation residency in Nantes, with artistic and technical support from Factotum workshops to develop experimental visual art, followed by an exhibition at Les Petites Écuries.
- The Funding: €3,000 stipend, €4,000 production budget in workshop services and/or cash, and €500 exhibition fee; a 20 m² studio, accommodation for artists based outside Nantes and one return trip home up to €200 are provided.
- Key Requirements: Email contact@lesfactotum.fr with a CV, portfolio and research intention of one to two pages maximum. Name the Factotum workshops you want to work with and explain how you will use their facilities and technical expertise in your proposed research.
